NIERO DAMP LOCK is a flexible, micro-fiber reinforced elastomeric waterproofing membrane designed for all types of exposed roof slabs (new or old) and terraces (sloped or flat). It offers excellent waterproofing and leak-proofing properties.
Waterproofing Properties: The product provides waterproofing up to 3 bars of positive pressure on vertical surfaces. It offers superior adhesion on all masonry and cementitious surfaces, with a recoat time of 45 minutes. The membrane boasts excellent flexibility with a 200% elongation on horizontal surfaces and a crack-bridging ability of up to 0.5mm, making it ideal for terraces. Additionally, it has heat-reflective properties that help reduce heat transfer through the structure, lowering temperatures by up to 10ºC. This heat-reflective feature is applicable only for terraces and in the white shade.
