The binder-rich formula of Niero Seal O Prime is specially engineered to seal the porosity of highly absorptive substrates. Its use not only prevents issues like efflorescence, dampness, and alkalinity but also enhances the coverage of subsequent topcoats, ensuring long-lasting protection and improved finish quality.
